II. Prop Firm products
Currently, FundedNext has 3 fund products
– Evaluation account.
– Express account.
– Stellar account.
Now we will learn about the specific policies of these two types of accounts..
1. Evaluation account
a. Evaluation phase
For this account you need to pass 2 rounds of challenges
Round 1
– Profit target of 10%.
– Minimum number of trading days is 5 days.
– Duration 4 weeks.
– Daily decline limit of 5%.
– Limit account decline of 10%.
Round 2
– Profit target of 5%.
– Minimum number of trading days is 5 days.
– Duration 8 weeks.
– Daily decline limit of 5%.
– Limit account decline of 10%.
In there
Time starts counting when you make your first trade.
Daily drawdown limit and account drawdown limit are always calculated based on the initial capital amount. (same as FTMO)
Evaluation's account FundedNext
Comparison example between FundedNext & E8 Funding
Account reset policy
FundedNext's account reset policy applies when you violate the rules during the evaluation period. If you still want to participate in the funding challenge, you need to pay for the next challenge at the discounted price as follows:
Evaluation $6,000 Fund = $39
Evaluation $15,000 Fund = $89
Evaluation $25,000 Fund = $179
Evaluation $50,000 Fund = $269
Evaluation $100,000 Fund = $494
Evaluation $200,000 Fund = $899
You can reset your account as many times as you like.
b. Funding phase.
Once you pass the evaluation phase you will receive a funding account.
Funding accounts will not have profit targets, time limits or minimum trading days requirements.
You need to be careful not to violate 2 main rules:
– Daily decline limit of 5%.
– Limit account decline of 10%.
After 4 weeks you can request your first withdrawal, on your first withdrawal you get a refund of the registration fee, receive 15% of the review round profit and 80% of the profit on the funding account.
One thing you need to note is: To receive the 15% target bonus of round 1 and round 2, you need to grow your funding account by at least 5%.
From the 2nd withdrawal onwards, you can request within 2 weeks.
FundedNext has no time limit for you to reach 5% growth, so you can receive this bonus in the first month, 2nd month, 3rd month....
Capital expansion policy
To scale your account, you need to meet the following requirements:
– You achieve 10% growth for 4 consecutive months (average 2.5%/month).
– 2 out of 4 months you have profits and make 2 withdrawals.
– Your 4th month ends in profit.
If you meet the above requirements, you will enjoy 40% capital growth.
Example: $100,000 funding account.
1st expansion: $100,000 + $40,000 = $140,000
2nd expansion: $140,000 + $40,000 = $180,000
3rd expansion: $180,000 + $40,000 = $220,000
….
Nth expansion: $4,000,000
2. Express account
FundedNext allows you to choose 1 of 2 modes for your Express account.
– Consistency: requires compliance with consistent trading rules.
With the same account size, if you choose Consistency mode, the fee will be about 20% lower than Non-Consistency.
In addition, one thing you need to note is that if you choose Non-Consistency mode, you will only receive a funding account equal to 25% of the challenge account.
For example
You join an Express Non-Consistency challenge account size of $100,000 after passing the evaluation stage, you only receive a funding account of $25,000.
Now we will learn about the Express account funding process in detail.
a. Evaluation phase
You need to pass 1 round of challenges to receive a funding account with a profit share of up to 90%.
Request:
– Profit target of 25%.
– Minimum number of trading days is 10 days in 4 weeks.
– Unlimited time.
– Daily decline limit of 5%.
– Limit account decline of 10%.
– 15% profit share.
In there:
Profit target, daily drawdown limit, account drawdown limit are also calculated as Evaluation accounts.
T make it easier for you to imagine, we will come up with a specific example:
You participate in the funding challenge with a $100,000 account.
The first month you have a profit of 10% - $10,000, you can withdraw the profit and receive $1,500 (15%).
The second month you have a profit of 15% - $15,000, you withdraw the profit and receive $2,250 (15%).
After 2 months of cumulative profits of 25%, you are eligible to receive a funding account.
Thus, with this account you can receive account funding as quickly as 10 trading days.
Express Account's FundedNext
Consistent trading rules
Consistency trading rules only apply when you choose Consistency mode.
If there are any consistent rule violations, FundedNext will review your account and may pause payments for that cycle.
In this case your account will not be terminated and will be reset to its original balance.
The consistency rule is as follows:
You need to maintain your average volume and number of trades within +/- 200% of your weekly average or a deviation of 2.0.
The three KPI parameters are number of trading days, number of transactions, and volume.
Each week, FundedNext will take the average of the KPIs in question and set the maximum (average*2) and minimum (average/2) values to find the consistency that needs to be maintained.
For example:
During the first week,
Day 1, you make 10 transactions with a total volume of 12 lots.
Day 2, you have 15 trades with a total volume of 11 lots.
Day 3, you have 19 trades with a total volume of 15 lots.
On day 4, you have 26 trades with a total volume of 18 lots.
Your total trades for the week are 70 with a total volume of 56 lots.
So,
The average number of transactions per day is:
70/4 = 17.5 transactions
The average trading volume per day is:
56/4 = 14 lots.
Now, week 2 consistency is as follows:
Be consistent in the number of transactions
Maximum number of transactions: 17.5*2 = 35.
Minimum number of transactions: 17.5/2 = 8.75 approximately 9.
Especially in terms of trading volume:
Maximum trading volume: 14*2 = 28 lots.
Minimum trading volume: 14/2 = 7 lots.
From the above example, to maintain consistency in trading you need to maintain the trading volume between 7 and 28 lots and the number of trades to make between 9 and 35.
Otherwise, it will be considered a violation.
Similarly, for week 3, FundedNext will take the average value of the week and divide it by 2 to set the minimum and maximum limits for both trading volume and number of transactions.
Express account reset policy.
During the review period whenever you violate the rules, you will be able to reset your account.
Discounted prices for account sizes are as follows:
Consistency Express
Express $6,000 Fund = $39
Express $15,000 Fund = $79
Express $25,000 Fund = $159
Express $50,000 Fund = $239
Express $100,000 Fund = $439
Express $200,000 Fund = $799
No Consistency Express
Express $6,000 Fund = $47
Express $15,000 Fund = $95
Express $25,000 Fund = $183
Express $50,000 Fund = $303
Express $100,000 Fund = $559
The account reset policy only applies when you commit a violation during the evaluation period.
b. Funding phase
When receiving a funding account, there are two main rules you need to remember:
– Daily decline limit of 5%
– Limit account decline of 10%.
In addition, on the funding account you need to complete 10 trading days in 1 month.
There will be no profit target or time limit during this phase.
The registration fee will be refunded upon the first withdrawal on the funding account.
FundedNext allows you to withdraw money once a month with your Express account.
The first time you withdraw money you receive 60% profit.
The second withdrawal you receive 75% profit.
3rd+ withdrawal you get 90% profit..
