How to verify KYC account on Remitano floor

Select Account Verification (KYC) including 5 levels:

Level 1: Phone number

Level 2: Document verification

Level 3: Bank verification

Level 4: Peer Certified / Seasoned Trader

Level 5: Peer certification + Long-time trader

If you are new, you only need to complete the first 3 levels, while levels 4 and 5 will be approved by Remitano floor.

Level 1: Phone number

Select Verify -> Enter phone number -> Choose how to receive the verification number (including 4 numbers): Message/Call/WhatsApp -> Continue

Then, enter the series of numbers in the Verification code box and select Verify. So you have successfully verified your phone number. If you have not received the message/call, click SMS not received to have it resend.

Level 2: Document verification

Only when the Phone Number verification is successful can you Verify the documents.

To perform this level 2, you need to prepare documents according to the requirements of the floor as shown, including ID card/CCCD/passport/GPLX), 1 white sheet of paper, smartphone and pen. Then, take a photo of the front of your ID card/ID card/GPLX/passport, then select Verify -> Upload.

Then, enter Full Name and ID/CCCD/Passport/GPLX Code (note: enter correct information on the document) -> select Update

In this step, you take a blank piece of paper and write the content below on the paper. Hold the paper + verification documents and use your smartphone to take a photo. The content of the paper should be written as follows:

• Buy cryptocurrency on remitano.com
• Email
• Account registration date (yyyy-mm-dd)

Things to note when registering for a Remitano account:

• Prepare the email address you often log in to create an account.
• Photos need to clearly show: verification documents, face, writing
• Verification documents (ID card/CCCD/passport/GPLX) clearly show the corners
• The content is written correctly
• Identity verification is very important, because when you make a withdrawal order, the exchange will ask you to provide it. Based on identity verification, Remitano floor will check whether the information of the person withdrawing funds from the floor is truly the account creator's or not.

Download secondary identification documents: the identification documents include ID card/CCCD/passport/GPLX. If you use one document as the main document, the remaining documents are secondary identification documents.

Level 3 bank verification

We look to level 3

Select the bank you want to verify > Enter the bank account number and click Verify

This step is very quick, it will scan to see if your bank account name matches your name in remitano. If so, it will verify immediately.

Note: The verified bank account must match the name of the verified document for the Remitano account. The information you use must be genuine

Complete Remitano account verification, with deposit and withdrawal at level 3, meeting the needs of the majority of investors.
