Guide for Depositing/Withdrawing MONEY on Remitano 

Deposit money into Remitano: 

To start trading, you will Deposit VND into your wallet. Choose Dashboard -> Deposit. Then transfer according to the information provided by the platform. 

Note: Remitano has multiple bank accounts, so each time you open a deposit order, a different bank account may appear. Don't worry, they are all Remitano's accounts. The platform does not charge transfer fees, but you may incur fees from different banks.

In addition, if you do not want to deposit money into your wallet but want to buy virtual money directly, then select the coin you want to buy at Choose another coin -> Buy now -> Enter the amount of coin you want to buy -> Transfer the equivalent amount. payable to the seller.

You can also choose other virtual currencies besides Bitcoin

• Prices will vary between sellers and will change constantly.
• After successfully buying coins, go to your wallet to check if the coins have entered your wallet with the correct amount you purchased. Usually it will be correct, if there is a mistake, feel free to inbox and ask the support team

Withdraw money from Remitano to your bank account:

To withdraw money to your bank account, there will be 2 cases:

Case 1: Withdraw from Vietnamese Dong wallet (note: there must be money in the wallet). You select Dashboard -> Wallet -> Vietnamese Dong: select Withdraw -> Enter the amount of VND to withdraw. Then, enter the main account number (the cardholder's full name matches the full name to verify identity with the exchange). Finally, wait a few minutes for the money to appear in your account.

Case 2: You have coins and want to sell them to get money back to your bank account. For example, you have 1 BTC, price 1BTC = 1 billion and you want to sell Bitcoin and transfer this 1 billion to your bank account. The first thing is, you have to sell this 1 BTC to VND, then from this Remitano Vietnamese Dong wallet, withdraw money to your Bank account. You choose the Sell Now command to sell this Bitcoin.

Deposit Coins on Remitano

Do as follows: Dashboard -> Wallet -> select Deposit -> copy Wallet address -> paste this wallet address into the other exchange/wallet where you placed the withdrawal order.

For example, deposit Bitcoin (BTC) from another exchange/wallet to Remitano. First, go to the exchange wallet, under Bitcoin, select DEPOSIT and the Bitcoin wallet address will appear (red frame). You just need to copy this wallet address and paste it where you withdraw Bitcoin. To put it simply, if at Remitano you choose to DEPOSIT a coin, another exchange/wallet will have to withdraw that coin and vice versa.

Note: the WITHDRAW coin address cannot be shared with anyone to avoid losing coins and vice versa, the RECEIVE address can be public. Below is the Bitcoin DEPOSIT address.

The opposite of DEPOSIT is WITHDRAWAL or WITHDRAW coins. Do the following: select Dashboard -> Wallet -> Withdraw funds -> Enter the wallet address to withdraw from and the amount -> Send

Note:

• Double-check the withdrawal address carefully, as a mistake in the wallet address means losing the coins.
• When withdrawing coins, the withdrawer needs to pay a withdrawal fee to Remitano. Therefore, consider the amount of coins carefully to avoid excessive withdrawal fees. Remitano currently charges quite high fees. However, if you are new to Bitcoin and are from Vietnam, reputable cryptocurrency exchanges like Remitano are worth considering.

Withdrawal fees for each type of cryptocurrency:

• USDT: 5 USDT
• Bitcoin (BTC): 0.0002 BTC
• Ethereum (ETH): 0.005 ETH
• Bitcoin Cash (BCH): 0.0001 BCH
• Ripple (XRP): Free
• Litecoin (LTC): 0.0005 LTC

Using the Create Ad feature 

Creating ads helps maximize profit for buyers/sellers. This means if you believe the coin you want to sell will increase in price, you set a high price so that when the market rises, you earn more money. In this case, you choose to Create Sell Ad. Conversely, if you want to buy at a lower price, you also use the Create Buy Ad option.

However, when placing Create Ad orders, the creator must monitor the market to avoid continuously rising or sharply falling prices, and to create appropriate ads. To place an order, click on the homepage of Remitano, where the green color indicates the buying price and there are some buying ads. Conversely, the red color indicates the selling price and there are selling ads.

For example, if I want to create an ad to sell Bitcoin (BTC), you can apply similar steps for other coins. I choose Create Sell Ad -> it displays the Sell BTC Ad screen. When creating a sell/buy ad, both have Fixed Price and Floating Price options, differing only in the dollar exchange rate:

Fixed Price: the dollar price provided by Remitano 

• PRICE: Fixed Price, the BTC price seen by the buyer (including service fees the buyer has to pay), Actual BTC Price you receive (you enter the price you want to sell and Remitano will match your order based on the BTC price at Bitstamp). 
• Amount: you enter the BTC Amount, maximum/minimum BTC amount (minimum BTC amount for trading is 0.0005 BTC). 
• Payment Information: you choose one of the payment methods: bank transfer, Remitano wallet, Viettel Pay, and Momo. In addition, Remitano defaults the Payment Time allowed to 15 minutes. To ensure clean funds on the platform, Remitano only allows verified identity accounts to trade. 

Therefore, you can be completely assured when buying/selling on the platform. Finally, you preview your ad to see if it matches your selling expectations. If it's okay, then choose Create New Ad. Note: if you set the ad price TOO high compared to the market price, it may take a long time to finalize the sell order.

Floating Price: the fluctuating dollar price

This means you will adjust the dollar price according to your preference, but this dollar price is based on the price of Tether (USDT) rather than the dollar price listed by Vietnamese banks. So, if you want to make changes, you will adjust the price in the BitUSD Price box, where you can check the actual dollar price, the USDT price, and then set an appropriate price level. Typically, Remitano already uses a price close to the USDT price.

• PRICE: similar to Fixed Price, you enter the BTC Price seen by the buyer, Minimum BTC Price, Actual BTC Price you receive, and choose the reference exchange.
• Amount: similar
• Payment Information: similar
